Why join SEAP?

"We believe that our profession is at a crossroads. In order to ensure that we can maintain our status as an independent self-regulated profession we now, more than ever, need to be professionally organised around a credible code of conduct and meaningful activities that will help to develop and explain our role as European affairs professionals."
Roger Chorus - Past President SEAP

Joining SEAP

The Association is for professionals who represent either a group of interests or one particular interest, and who are in regular contact with European institutions. The primary object of the Association is to strengthen relations among such professionals and between them and European institutions. Any European affairs professional can join SEAP regardless of country of residence. Fill in the application form citing 2 SEAP members who will act as referees; and sign up to the Code of Conduct. Both should be returned to the SEAP Secretary General. If you have any difficulty sourcing a referee from within the SEAP membership, just let us know and a member of the Board will contact you directly.
Download application form and its attached code of conduct.

Membership of SEAP is on an individual rather than company basis. Each member pays a fee of €150 per year. There are special rates for organisations with five or more individuals wanting to join. Contact the Secretary General for details.
